    So I spent many hours getting 99 fishing and all my other 99s to get a Comp cape with crap stats. It's one of the best capes in Runescape and should be the best cape in Prizma. I think the stats should be boosted. Maybe a 10+ strength bonus instead of 0. I was looking forward to PVM with this cape, but it seems a regular skill cape has better stats.
